Book Type: C By James Lucas. Out of print for five years, I am once again able to offer this book in limited quantities. This is my favorite book of Lucas of the ones I have read, and very readable and interesting study of an area that Germany's forces excelled in, the battle group, which were an ad hoc collection of men and units from divisions engaged in the particular campaign, drawn together in the field, placed under the command of an aggressive leader, and sent into action, as shock troops, to achieve specific objectives. If this book is missing from your library, I highly recommend it. 194 pp.
